Contract Settings

The Contract Settings module allows administrators to configure contract numbering formats to ensure consistency across all contracts.

Configuring Contract Numbering

1. Navigate to Settings > Contract Settings.
2. Update the following fields:
   • Contract Prefix – Define a prefix for contract numbers (e.g., “CONT”).
   • Contract Number Separator – Choose a separator (e.g., “#”).
   • Contract Number Digits – Set the number of digits for contract numbering (e.g., “3” for “CONT#001”).
3. Click Save to apply the changes.

This feature helps streamline contract management by maintaining a standardized format for contract numbers across the system.
