Finance Settings
The Finance Settings module enables administrators to configure financial aspects such as invoices, tax settings, and payment methods.
Managing Invoice Settings
- Navigate to Settings > Finance Settings > Invoice Settings.
- Update the following details:
- Invoice Logo – Upload a custom logo for invoices.
- Language – Choose the preferred language for invoices.
- Due After – Set the number of days after which the invoice is due.
- Reminder Settings – Configure automated reminders for overdue invoices.
- Client Info on Invoice – Choose to display client email, phone number, address, and company details.
- Terms & Conditions – Add default terms for invoices.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Customizing Invoice Templates
- Navigate to Settings > Finance Settings > Invoice Template.
- Select a predefined invoice template.
- Click Save to confirm the selection.
Configuring Prefix Settings
- Navigate to Settings > Finance Settings > Prefix Settings.
- Define custom prefixes for:
- Invoices
- Credit Notes
- Estimates
- Proposals
- Orders
- Set the number separator and number of digits for each.
- Click Save to update the settings.
Managing Measurement Units
- Navigate to Settings > Finance Settings > Units.
- Click Add New Unit to define a unit type (e.g., Pcs, Kg).
- Click Save to add the unit.
QuickBooks Integration
- Navigate to Settings > Finance Settings > QuickBooks Settings.
- Enter:
- Client ID and Client Secret from QuickBooks.
- Redirect URL to sync transactions.
- Click Save to enable the integration.
Payment Details for Invoices
- Navigate to Settings > Finance Settings > Invoice Payment Details.
- Click Add Payment Detail.
- Enter the payment method details and upload a QR Code if needed.
- Click Save to apply changes.
This module ensures that financial transactions and invoices are properly configured, providing smooth financial management across the system.
