Sales Settings
The Sales Settings tab allows administrators to configure lead management processes, including lead sources, pipelines, deal agents, deal categories, and assignment methods.
Lead Source
Administrators can define various lead sources to track where leads originate. Common lead sources include:
- Email – Leads acquired through email inquiries.
- Google – Leads coming from Google Ads or search traffic.
- Facebook – Leads generated via Facebook marketing campaigns.
- Friend – Leads referred by acquaintances or business partners.
- Direct – Leads obtained without any intermediary source.
- TV – Leads generated through television advertisements.
To add a new lead source, click “Add New Lead Source”, enter the source name, and save the changes.
