Task Settings
The Task Settings tab provides administrators with configuration options for task management. The available settings include:
- Send Reminder
- Define when task reminders are sent:
- Send a reminder before the due date (enter the number of days).
- Send a reminder after the due date (enter the number of days).
- Option to send a reminder on the due date (Yes/No).
- Define when task reminders are sent:
- Status
- Set the default task status when a new task is created.
- Taskboard Default Length
- Specify the number of tasks displayed on the taskboard by default.
- Sections Visible to Client
- Select which task details are visible to clients, including:
- Task category
- Due date
- Label
- Priority
- Comments
- Timesheet
- Hours logged
- Project details
- Assigned to/by
- Privacy settings (Make Private)
- File attachments
- Notes
- Custom fields
- Start date
- Task description
- Status updates
- Time estimates
- Subtasks
- Task history
- Copy task link option
- Select which task details are visible to clients, including:
To apply changes, click Save.
