Time Log Settings
The Time Log Settings tab provides options to configure time tracking policies. Administrators can manage the following settings:
- Stop Timer Automatically After Shift End Time
- When enabled, the system stops the time tracker automatically at the defined shift end time.
- Time Log Will Require Approval
- If enabled, submitted time logs must be reviewed and approved before they are recorded.
- Send Time Tracker Reminders
- When activated, employees receive automated reminders to start or stop their time tracking.
- Send Daily Time Log Report
- When enabled, the system generates and sends a daily report summarizing all recorded time logs.
To apply changes, click Save.
