Notification Settings
The Notification Settings module allows users to manage how they receive system notifications, ensuring they stay informed about important updates and activities.
Managing Notification Preferences
To configure notifications:
- Navigate to: Settings > Notification Settings from the sidebar.
- Select Notification Channels:
- Email – Receive notifications via email.
- Slack – Get notifications on Slack (if integrated).
- Push Notifications – Receive real-time push notifications within the system.
- Enable or Disable Specific Notifications:
- Use the checkboxes under Email Notification Settings and Push Notification Settings to customize which notifications to receive.
- Options include:
- New expense added by Admin/Member
- Expense status changes
- Task completion alerts
- Lead and invoice updates
- Click Save to apply changes.
- For push notifications, you can also send a test notification to verify settings.
This section ensures that users receive only relevant updates, reducing unnecessary alerts while keeping them informed.
