The Advanced Dashboard in Olqan provides users with a more detailed and analytical view of the organization’s operations. It is divided into six main tabs: Overview, Project, Client, HR, Ticket, and Finance. Each tab offers specific insights into different business areas.

1. Overview Tab
The Overview tab provides a summary of key company metrics and pending actions:
- Total Employees: Displays the total number of employees in the organization.
- Total Projects: Shows the number of projects being tracked.
- Pending Tasks: Highlights tasks that are yet to be completed.
- Pending Follow-Up: Lists follow-ups that require attention.
- Project Activity Timeline: Visual representation of project progress over time.
- User Activity Timeline: Tracks user interactions within the system.
2. Project Tab
This tab focuses on project-related insights, ensuring users can track the status and milestones effectively:
- Total Projects: Displays the total number of projects being managed.
- Overdue Projects: Lists projects that have exceeded their deadlines.
- Status Wise Projects: Categorizes projects based on their current status.
- Pending Milestone: Lists milestones that are yet to be completed.
- Columns: Milestone Title, Milestone Cost, Associated Project.
3. Client Tab
The Client tab in the Advanced Dashboard provides key insights into client-related activities, tracking interactions, conversions, and engagement. It includes:
- Total Clients: Displays the total number of clients in the system.
- Total Leads: Shows the number of leads currently being managed.
- Total Deals: Tracks the number of deals associated with clients.
- Deal Conversions: Measures the percentage of leads that have successfully converted into deals.
- Contracts Generated & Signed: Displays the number of contracts created and signed with clients.
- Client Wise Earnings: Provides an overview of earnings per client.
- Client Wise Timelogs: Shows time spent on various client-related activities.
- Deal Count by Stages and Pipeline: Categorizes deals based on their progress in the sales pipeline.
- Leads Count by Source: Identifies the primary sources of client leads.
- Latest Clients: Lists the most recently added clients.
- Recent Login Activities: Tracks recent logins of clients, showing engagement levels.
This tab helps businesses monitor client interactions, analyze conversions, and optimize sales strategies effectively.
4. HR Tab
The HR tab provides workforce analytics and employee management insights:
- Employees: Displays total employees and newly added employees.
- Employee Exits: Tracks employees who have exited the organization.
- Department Wise Employee: Visual representation of employees by department.
- Designation Wise Employee: Categorizes employees based on job titles.
- Gender Wise Employee: Displays gender distribution among employees.
- Role Wise Employee: Breaks down employees based on their assigned roles.
- Headcount: Tracks the total workforce over time.
- Joining Vs Attrition: Compares new hires to employee departures.
- Birthdays: Highlights upcoming employee birthdays.
5. Ticket Tab
The Ticket tab in the Advanced Dashboard provides an overview of customer support and internal ticketing activities. It includes:
- Unresolved & Resolved Tickets: Displays the number of tickets that are still open versus those that have been successfully resolved.
- Total Unassigned Tickets: Shows the number of tickets that have not yet been assigned to a support agent.
- Type Wise Ticket: Categorizes tickets based on their type (e.g., technical support, billing, general inquiries).
- Status Wise Ticket: Provides a breakdown of tickets based on their current status (e.g., open, in progress, closed).
- Channel Wise Ticket: Displays ticket distribution based on the communication channel used (e.g., email, chat, phone).
- Open Tickets: Lists tickets that are still active and require further action.
