Appreciation
The Appreciation module in the HR section allows recognizing employees for their achievements and contributions. This feature enables HR managers to grant awards and track employee recognitions.
Adding Appreciation
To recognize an employee:
- Click “Add Appreciation”.
- Fill in the following required details:
o Award: Select an award from the list or create a new one.
o Given To: Choose the employee receiving the award.
o Date: Select the date when the appreciation is granted. - Optionally, provide:
o Summary: A description of why the employee is being appreciated.
o Photo: Upload an image related to the award (e.g., a certificate). - Click “Save” to finalize.
Viewing and Managing Appreciations
The Appreciation List displays all recognitions granted to employees. You can filter by date range using the Start Date to End Date filter.
Exporting Appreciations
To export employee appreciations:
- Click the “Export” button.
- The system will generate an XLSX file with appreciation details.
- Download the file for record-keeping or reporting purposes.
