Profile
The Profile module provides insights into agent and deal performance, tracking key metrics related to sales and business development.
Managing Agent and Deal Reports
- Navigate to Reports > Profile from the sidebar.
- The module consists of two main sections:
- Agent Report – Tracks individual agent performance, including the number of deals handled, total follow-ups, and pending tasks.
- Deal Report – Summarizes deal activity, showing won and lost deals, total amounts, and deal stages over time.
Agent Report Metrics
- Total Deals – The number of deals assigned to each agent.
- Won Deals – Successful conversions where the deal was closed.
- Lost Deals – Deals that were not successfully closed.
- Total Amount – The total value of all deals managed by an agent.
- Converted Amount – Revenue from successfully closed deals.
- Total Follow-Up – The number of follow-ups an agent has conducted.
- Pending Follow-Ups – Follow-ups that are still outstanding.
Deal Report Metrics
- Deals to Be Closed – Number of deals in the pipeline for each month.
- Total Deal Value – The overall value of deals scheduled for closure.
- Average Deal Value – The average worth of each deal.
- Won Deals & Value – Successfully closed deals and their revenue.
- Lost Deals & Value – Deals that failed to close and their potential lost revenue.
- Other Deal Stages – Progress of deals across various stages like Qualification, Proposal, and Negotiation.
This module helps businesses track sales performance, analyze conversion trends, and optimize deal strategies for growth.
